ENTRY REGIME FOR CITIZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Citizens of the Republic of Serbia may enter and transit through San Marino only after notifying the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of San Marino by e-mail (viaggiareinformati@esteri.sm) or by telephone (00 378 549 888 888). On arrival, visitors must take a serology test. If the result is positive, molecular testing is done. If this result is also positive, a 14-day self-isolation at home is mandatory.
ENTERING AND LEAVING THE COUNTRY
The visa-free regime between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of San Marino is in force. Holders of Serbian biometric passports do not need a visa to stay in San Marino for up to 90 days in a six-month period.
Serbian citizens may enter San Marino with a biometric travel document which should be valid for at least three months after the intended date of departure.
For stays longer than 10 days, it is mandatory to obtain a permit of stay, which can be tourist, special or ordinary.
SOCIAL SECURITY AGREEMENT
No social security agreement has been concluded.
USEFUL INFORMATION
HEALTH SITUATION — There are no particular health risks in San Marino. It is, however, advisable to have an international travel health insurance.
TRANSPORT — You may drive with a Serbian driving licence issued on a new form if you have an international driving permit as well.
OTHER INFORMATION — The currency in use is the euro. Payments are effected both in cash and by payment cards.
