The REC adopted a decision to open 77 polling stations abroad
In fact, the voting will be organized in 34 countries, i.e. at 77 polling stations.
This is the largest number of polling stations to be made available since 2004, when the right to vote was established for Serbian expats living abroad.
Some 40,000 citizens of the Republic of Serbia have registered to vote, which is also the highest number of registered expat voters since polling stations for Serbian elections were introduced abroad.
These are the countries where it will be possible to vote: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands, The United States, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
Polling stations will be open on April 3rd from 7 am to 8 pm local time, except in Great Britain, the USA and Canada, where, due to the time zone, voting will take place on April 2nd in the same time interval - local time.
