Minister Djuric and Minister Álvarez discuss cooperation between Serbia and the Dominican Republic

In a telephone conversation, Ministers Djuric and Álvarez discussed directions for the further promotion of bilateral relations and cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.

The Serbian Foreign Minister reiterated the invitation to Minister Álvarez to visit Serbia, expressing his belief that more frequent contacts between the highest representatives of the two countries would contribute to building new bridges of cooperation.

Minister Djuric stated that Serbia was particularly interested in more intensive cooperation within regional organizations in which our country has observer status, such as the Organization of American States, the Association of Caribbean States and the Caribbean Community.

The Ministers also discussed a number of regional issues, as well as topics of wider international importance.
