Minister Dacic receives the Foreign Minister of Yemen
The Head of Serbian diplomacy pointed out that the relations between the two countries were traditionally friendly and expressed hope that this visit will be followed by more concrete cooperation in the areas of common interest, especially in the fields of economy, health and education.
First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic emphasized that it was extremely important for Serbia to preserve the cultural, historical and religious heritage in Kosovo and Metohija, which was one of the most sensitive issues for our country and the Serbian people, and that, in this context, Serbia expected Yemen's understanding.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Yemen Ahmed Awad BinMubarak expressed gratitude for the friendly and warm welcome and emphasized the commitment of the Republic of Yemen to developing cooperation with the Republic of Serbia.
Highlighting the importance of cooperation in the field of education, Minister Ahmed Awad BinMubarak expressed interest in the participation of Yemeni students in the "World in Serbia" project for the next school year.
