DPM and MFA Dačić spoke with Manfred Profazi

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dačić received today Mr Manfred Profazi, Regional Director for the International Organisation for Migration Regional Office for South-Eastern Europe, Eastern Europe and Central Asia who is visiting Belgrade to mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of cooperation between this international organisation and the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
In a cordial and open conversation, Minister Dačić thanked the International Organisation for Migration and its Mission in Belgrade for their contribution to the overall efforts to migration management in the Republic of Serbia.
It was jointly assessed that the IOM in Serbia achieved significant results and that it was an important partner to the Government of the Republic of Serbia in migration management.
The expectation was expressed that in the coming period IOM would continue its previous engagement and maintain a significant level of activity in all social areas in the field of assisting Serbia’s efforts in the protection of both migrants and refugees, as well as internally displaced persons.
