27. Jan 2023.
First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic extended the expressions of his deepest condolences to Foreign Minister of Israel Eli Cohen over the loss of life in today's terrorist attack in a synagogue in Jerusalem.

"We are horrified by the terrorist attack on innocent people, Serbia sympathizes with the people of Israel and with the families of the victims. Shooting people in a synagogue, while they are praying, is an unprecedented cruelty that must be condemned by the whole world. This terrorist attack was committed on a day when the whole world remembers the victims of the Holocaust with utmost respect, which makes today's great tragedy even more appalling. Serbia remains a consistent fighter against terrorism, as this is the duty of all of us who belong to the peace-loving world. I extend my most sincere condolences to you, Mr. Minister, and to the people of Israel, and wishes for a speedy recovery to those injured in today’s attack”, First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic stated in a condolence message.
