Close and friendly relations of Serbia and Tunisia since the establishment of NAM
Selaković mentioned that the relations of Serbia and Tunisia are close and friendly, especially having reminded about their history within the Non-Allied Movement, where Presidents Tito and Habib Bourguiba had had leading roles.

Minister Selaković said that our country was committed to the continuation of the political dialog at the top and high level with Tunisia and, with regards to this, he stated that he hoped during next year the visit of Minister Jerandi to Serbia would be realized.
He added that Serbia was very interested in the improvement of the economic cooperation, especially in the field of agriculture, trade, infrastructure, defense and safety.
The Serbian Foreign Minister especially thanked Tunisia for their principled position and non-recognition of the unilaterally declared independence of K&M and support provided in international organizations.
