Tamara Vučić at the Summit of the Spouses of European Leaders in Zagreb to launch the Network on the Prevention of Childhood Obesity

Under the auspices of the Regional Office of the World Health Organization for Europe and prof. Sanja Musić Milanović, the wife of the President of the Republic of Croatia, a conference was held on the topic of prevention of childhood obesity, at which the First Lady of the Republic of Serbia stated, among other things:

“The challenges of adolescents are nothing new, but what is new are the circumstances. These circumstances, among other things, imply that it is not necessary to leave the comfort and safety of your home to experience insults and derogatory words. All it takes is turning your phone on. So there is no refuge. And all people should have a refuge. Family and home must be a safe haven, filled with care and understanding, support and help. Family is the main source of love and crucial for building healthy self-confidence."

Tamara Vučić attended the reception held for all participants at the Presidential Palace in Pantovčak, on the eve of the Summit of the Spouses of European Leaders on the topic of prevention of childhood obesity.

The guests were welcomed by the President of Croatia Zoran Milanović and his wife Sanja Musić Milanović, and the reception was attended by 10 spouses of European leaders. 

At the round table, next to the host, the wife of the President of Croatia, was Queen Letizia of Spain, and right next to her was the wife of the President of Serbia, Tamara Vučić.
