Mr Dačić: We will continue to insist on the CSM as the first point of the agreement implementation
In his statement for the RTS, Minister Dačić divided the events at the UN Security Council meeting into two segments.
“I would divide the meeting into two parts. On the one hand, there is more important thing, and that is the Security Council members’ stance. I think that the vast majority of the members were correct in terms of what they said about the obligations and the current situation. Almost all of them, starting from the USA, the Great Britain and France to China and Russia, pointed out that Kosovo was obliged to finally establish the Community of Serb Municipalities, which certainly is the most important issue for us, and they supported the dialogue”, said Mr Dačić.
The second part of the meeting, according to Minister Dačić, was, as he put it “our hardship with Pristina”.
“And that is that we live in the atmosphere of great hatred on their part. They have clearly shown that they do not want any form of correct relations or correct dialogue, they want conflicts and the continuation of the war”, pointed out the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia.
He emphasized that we would continue to insist on the establishment of the Community of Serb Municipalities to be the first point in the overall implementation.
“On 2nd May, we will see how Kurti will behave, I am not sure it will function. As I have said, we are almost certain that nothing will happen, because his goal is not to establish CSM, his goal is to expel Serbs from Kosovo, and that is the main point,” said Ivica Dačić for the RTS.
