Minister Dacic meets with the Parliament Speaker of the Republic of Iraq

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met today with the Parliament Speaker of the Republic of Iraq Mohammed al-Halboosi.

The Head of Serbian diplomacy Ivica Dacic welcomed his interlocutor and emphasized the importance that the Republic of Serbia attaches to the relations with the Republic of Iraq, based on traditional friendship, mutual trust and solidarity between the two peoples.

Parliament Speaker Al- Halboosi underlined the importance that Iraq attaches to the cooperation between our two countries and emphasized the support of the Republic of Iraq to the territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia.

In the talks, the two collocutors agreed that the intensification of the political dialogue would give a new impetus to the development of overall cooperation on both bilateral and multilateral levels and further deepen the ties between the two friendly countries and brotherly peoples.
