Kozarev confers with the Ambassador of Venezuela

Recognizing the long-standing friendship and bilateral relations between the two countries, founded on mutual respect and understanding—particularly in matters of key national and state interest—the interlocutors reaffirmed their shared commitment to further strengthening cooperation in all areas of common interest.

Discussing the ongoing political dialogue and the positive momentum of official exchanges, both sides underscored the significance of the presence of the President of the National Assembly, Ana Brnabić, at the inauguration of President Nicolás Maduro in January of this year.

Kozarev and Ambassador Briceño particularly highlighted and welcomed the recent entry into force of the Agreement on Visa Exemption for Holders of Ordinary Passports, agreeing on the need to further enhance the legal and contractual framework governing bilateral relations.

In addition to exploring opportunities to enhance economic, trade, and business cooperation, the two officials also exchanged views on key current international issues.
