Jović Confers with New Ambassador of Spain

The State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Damjan Jović met today with Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain Ander Ruiz de Gopegui Aramburu.
During the meeting, the traditionally friendly bilateral relations between the Republic of Serbia and the Kingdom of Spain were reaffirmed, along with the readiness of both sides to further strengthen cooperation in areas of common interest, particularly in the economic sphere.
State Secretary Jović thanked his interlocutor for the Kingdom of Spain’s principled support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Serbia.
Satisfaction was expressed with the confirmation of the Kingdom of Spain’s participation in the Specialised Expo 2027 in Belgrade.
State Secretary Jović wished Ambassador Ruiz de Gopegui Aramburu every success in the performance of his duties and a pleasant stay in the Republic of Serbia.
