Jović Confers with Cuban Ambassador

The State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Damjan Jović met today with Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Serbia Pavel Orencio Díaz Hernández.
During the meeting, the interlocutors reaffirmed the traditionally friendly relations between Serbia and Cuba, founded on mutual respect and understanding, and expressed their shared commitment to further strengthening and advancing bilateral ties in the period ahead.
State Secretary Jović expressed his gratitude for the Republic of Cuba’s consistent and principled support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia.
The Cuban Ambassador briefed State Secretary Jović on the current situation in his country and the challenges facing Cuba.
