Dačić receives the Ambassador of Angola for a goodbye visit

Deputy Prime Minister of the Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dačić received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola in Belgrade H.E. Alcino dos Prazeres Izata Francisco da Conceição, who is to finish his mission in Belgrade in late June 2023.

They agreed that the bilateral relations of the two countries were very good and that it was necessary to strengthen them through meetings at the high and highest level. 

Ambassador Conceição expressed his gratitude for a warm welcome and support during his mandate in Serbia and emphasised that he would continue to contribute to the strengthening of the ties between Serbia and Angola. 

He congratulated Serbia on its selection for the host of EXPO 2027 and stressed that Angola was happy that a friendly country like Serbia was given the opportunity to organise such an important event. 

He also expressed his confidence that initiatives and activities which were initiated during his mandate would contribute to the further development of the overall cooperation between the two friendly countries.
