Sofia: Business Forum of the Bulgarian Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises

In the organization of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia and the Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Bulgaria (BSMEPA), a business forum "Serbian-Bulgarian Business Forum" was held, at which business entities from Bujanovac were presented.

The meeting at the Embassy was opened by BSMEPA director Bojko Takov and Serbian Ambassador to Bulgaria Željko Jović.

Director Takov stated that the promotion of business development between Bulgaria and Serbia is a very important factor for building a strong Balkan region, which will be a support for economic entities and the entire economic situation of the two countries.

Ambassador Jović pointed out the readiness of our side to continue with the process of deepening economic relations and cooperation between the two countries, noting that it is forums like this that give business entities the opportunity to establish concrete cooperation and promote local communities.

After the official opening of the meeting, representatives of business entities from Bujanovac presented their companies in the field of medical and rehabilitation care (Bujanovac spa), furniture production and distribution, machine industry and food industry (Bi voda, Megal, Maj Plus, Millenboos, etc.)

Representatives of Serbian and Bulgarian business entities held individual meetings and exchanged information of mutual interest, with the aim of achieving possible future business cooperation.
