Rabat: Ambassador Bauer met with the President of the National Council for Human Rights of Morocco

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Rabat, Ivan Bauer, attended the 116th session of "Diplomatic Crossroads" (Carrefour Diplomatique) organised by the Diplomatic Foundation, where he spoke with the President of the National Council for Human Rights of the Kingdom of Morocco, Ms Amina Bouayach.
The interlocutors discussed the state of human rights in the world, the new challenges that were posed to the defenders of human rights and freedoms in the age of digitalisation, as well as the declining role of multilateralism in international relations.
Ambassador Bauer informed President Bouayach that there was the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the Institute of the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, and expressed his willingness to mediate in establishing contact between the National Council for Human Rights in Morocco and the institutions in Serbia.
