Madrid: Premiere of the theatre play “Mrs. Einstein”

The play is performed by Defondo Theatre and deals with the life of the Serbian scientist, her studies, meeting Albert Einstein, their joint work and scientific discoveries, but also difficult marital and family moments. It is laced with humour and tragedy, but has a strong emotional resonance, without traces of pathos, and audience applause at the end was well deserved.

Ambassador Lalić Smajević congratulated the cast, as well as director Vanessa Martinez and producer Pablo Uetos, who unreservedly transferred their love for this play to the audience.

The premiere was also attended by the mayor of Coslada, Ángel Viveros Gutierrez, the secretary of culture Emilia Escudero Amado, president of the Hispanic-Serbian cultural association "Ivo Andrić" Prokopija Postolović, and representatives of the Serbian diaspora in Madrid.
