Library opened at the Serbian Embassy in Mexico

The Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Mexico City opened a Library today, whose book collection has 144 titles, primarily in the Serbian language, as well as several dozen works of Serbian literature in Spanish and English.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Mexico, Tatjana Conić, pointed out that the Library contains works of Serbian literature, but also foreign authors who have written about Serbia.

Ambassador Conić said that the books that make up the book fund of the Embassy were donated by reputable Serbian cultural institutions, employees of the Embassy, ​​as well as Serbian citizens who live and work in Mexico.

"I hope that the Library at the Serbian Embassy in Mexico will be richer in time, that it will facilitate access to the most important titles of Serbian literature and alleviate the nostalgia of the Serbian population", Conić said.

The updated list of books will be available on the website of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Mexico.
