02. Aug 2021.
An exhibition of paintings dedicated to Belgrade and Prague, by the painter Filip Jovanović, was held in the premises of the Ambassador's residence within the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Prague.

The exhibition was opened by the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Czech Republic, Berislav Vekić, who on that occasion thanked Jovanović for presenting the Republic of Serbia and spreading Serbian art.

The ambassador expressed satisfaction because he had the opportunity to organize a cultural event on the occasion of the exhibition of the Serbian painter at the beginning of his mandate and to gather members of the Serbian community in the Czech Republic.

The event was attended by Serbs from the business, media and academic circles, as well as representatives of associations that bring together our people in the Czech Republic.

Visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted live with a specific technique of painting with a spatula and to observe how the painting is created.

As a sign of gratitude, Jovanović presented a gift in the form of a monochrome motif of the city of Belgrade to Ambassador Vekić.
