Covid-19 vaccines from Serbia arrived in Tunisia

Serbian aid of 20,000 Sputnik-V vaccines arrived in Tunisia today, and this is the first contingent within the donation of a total of 40,000 doses.

The donation of vaccines of the Serbian government was welcomed at the airport by high-ranking Tunisian officials, among whom was the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Othman Jerandi.

The reception of the shipment was recorded by the national television, and Minister Jerandi, as well as other officials present, gave statements about the importance of this medical assistance to the Tunisian people.

On this occasion, the charge d'affaires of the Serbian Embassy, Božidar Jovanović, emphasized the importance of the traditionally friendly relations between our two countries.

According to him, through such assistance and cooperation, cooperation in other areas can be further improved, especially economic, cultural, educational as well as cooperation in the field of tourism.
