Bucharest: Ambassador Tomašević visiting the University Emergency Hospital

Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Romania Stefan Tomašević visited the University Emergency Hospital in Bucharest, where he held a meeting with the Hospital Manager prof. Dr. Florin Catalin Cirstoiu, and Medical Director Corina Silvia Pop, in order to consider the possibility of developing academic and scientific cooperation in the field of health care between Belgrade and Bucharest.
Interest was expressed in the establishment of cooperation between the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Belgrade, University hospitals and emergency centres, and in the possible formation of a scientific consortium which would include the private sector.
The interlocutors noted the importance of intensifying contacts and exchange of visits between the two sides at all levels.
