Bucharest: Ambassador Tomašević laid a wreath on the occasion of the death of academician Eugen Simion

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Bucharest, Mr. Stefan Tomašević, laid a wreath at the Academy of Romania, on behalf of the Embassy, and signed the book of condolence on the occasion of the death of academician Eugen Simion.
Eugen Simion was a literary critic and historian, editor, essayist, university professor, president of the Philology and Literary Section of the Romanian Academy, director of the George Călinescu Institute of Literary History and Theory at the Romanian Academy and a regular member of the Romanian Academy from 1992, and at one time also its president. He was a foreign member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts from 8 November 2018.
