Berlin: Ambassador Janković meets with the State Minister for European and International Affairs of Bavaria

Ambassador Janković and Minister Huml discussed the long, fruitful cooperation between Serbia and Bavaria, primarily in the field of economy. Both of them emphasised the importance of the activities of the Joint Committee for Economic Cooperation, which was established over 50 years ago, and highlighted their interest in organising its session.

Ambassador Janković informed Minister Huml on further plans for improvement of enhanced cooperation, attracting new investments from Bavaria, the reform process and progress in Serbia’s European integration, and measures for combating irregular migration.

Minister Huml expressed her support to Serbia’s European path, highlighting Bavaria's readiness to further develop economic cooperation with Serbia and to support the strengthening of the dual education system in our country, which is very important for attracting new investments.

Ambassador Janković invited Minister Huml and Minister-President of Bavaria Markus Söder to visit Serbia.
