Ambassador Jović was awarded a certificate of appreciation on the occasion of marking the Day of the Municipality of Babušnica

On that occasion, the city's September prizes were awarded, as well as certificates of appreciation to individuals and institutions.

Ambassador Željko Jović was among the awardees for his special contribution and assistance to Babušnica in the implementation of cross-border projects.

In his address, Ambassador Jović thanked for the attention and honour shown, and underlined that he was just doing his job.

The Ambassador pointed out that although his name was on the certificate, he accepted it with joy on behalf of President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Minister Nikola Selaković and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

As he further explained, those were the individuals and institutions who, with their example, diligence, determination, and some new rules and attitude towards work and the State, created an obligation for all in the state administration to be available 24 hours a day to the citizens of Serbia.

Ambassador Jović promised that with his team at the Embassy of Serbia in Sofia, he would continue to be available to every individual and institution, with the wish to continue to progress, develop and create conditions for the well-being of the most deprived categories of the society.
