Political relations between Serbia and Thailand are underdeveloped. Thailand recognised the unilateral declaration of independence in respect of Kosovo in 2013.
There has been no exchange of visits with Thailand at the highest level, and the last high-level visit was paid in November 2009, when the then Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vuk Jeremić, visited Thailand, where he met with the then Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kasit Piromya.
During first ten months in 2021, trade exchange amounted up to 59.54 million euros (1.5 million of export from Serbia). During 2020, Serbia and Thailand traded in goods the amount of 59.34 million euros (3.08 million of domestic exports).
