Đurić confers with Turkish Ambassador

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Marko Đurić, met today with the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the Republic of Serbia, Ilhan Saygili.
In discussing the most important issues within the scope of bilateral relations, the interlocutors also referred to the recently held second meeting of the “Balkan Peace Platform” in Istanbul.
Đurić assessed that these meetings provide an opportunity to discuss the enhancement of cooperation in the Balkans, economic opportunities, as well as regional connectivity, underscoring their significance at both the bilateral and multilateral levels.
Issues related to the further dynamics of political dialogue between the two countries were also considered, and views were exchanged on the potential for cooperation in areas of mutual interest, particularly in the field of information and communications technologies.
